His current role is as a partner at Sercxi Talent Solutions based in Dubai, where he helps efficiently fill technical vacancies for companies. Tony Boersma
Tony Boersma has over 25 years of experience recruiting talent for technology and engineering roles. Based in The Hague, Netherlands, he specializes in finding candidates for cyber security, cloud, and software development.
As a freelance journalist since 1998, he covers rugby. Tony holds law, political science, international marketing, and marketing management degrees. He has developed business development, account management, and networking skills throughout his career. He has recruited companies across industries, including engineering, government, fast-moving consumer goods, financial services, oil and gas, and defence.
He has experience filling both individual vacancies and large-scale recruiting projects. Tony strives to implement data-driven and modern recruiting strategies to efficiently match the right talent with open roles.

Brijnedra Chayudry
Brijendra Chaudhary brings more than 15 years of experience in roles in real estate, IT, banking, logistics, and other industries. He currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Saal.ai in Abu Dhabi.
Previously, Brijendra worked at various organizations in the UAE, including NamasteAi as Founder, United Printing & Publishing as Compensation and Benefits Consultant, Injazat as Senior Manager of Organization Development and Performance, and DAMAC Properties as Performance Management Consultant.
He has expertise in compensation, organizational development, performance management, HR analytics, succession planning, and digitization. Brijendra holds a Master\\\’s degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a PhD focusing his research on HR Analytics and employee performance improvement.

With over 30 years of experience in human resources, management, trading, financial services, hospitality, and retail, Peter van de Graaff has a proven track record of entrepreneurship and expertise in strategic planning, conflict resolution, employee relations, and contract negotiation.
He founded Next HR Services 2017 to provide strategic coaching and support to startups, scaleups, and individuals.
Currently, he advises the C-suite of a financial services firm. From 2011 to 2015, as senior vice president and board member at Waterloo Investment Holdings, a $1.6 billion diversified Caribbean group, he restructured the struggling hospitality portfolio, returning it to profitability.
Previously, from 2008 to 2011, as director of global human resources at Nidera Group, a $14 billion agribusiness, he developed and implemented new strategic HR policies. Previously, he founded and managed consulting and coaching firms focused on human capital, careers, and employability.
